Prior to any training we will discuss your goals, current health & fitness and of course it is a chance for us to get to know each other and understand what you want to accomplish.
Your personal training programme will then be designed to hit your goals and set targets. As an Olympic Personal Trainer, I know how important it is to have a training programme bespoke to you. Throughout the programme, we will monitor how you are doing, if there are any changes to be made along the way and we will progress your health and fitness, so you ultimately achieve your goals - It is also a chance for me to get some basic measurements from you.
